5:00pm Maggi Wala - Chefs Anuja Mehta & Abhilash Achar a husband & wife chef tag team invites you to experience how spices come together as they prepare Indian eclectic noodles inspired by street favourites, live for you.

9:00 PM Ontario Pork - Chef Harrison Hennick will take guests through the process of cooking underutilized pork cuts 3 different ways. These dishes show how less common cuts can be made delicious if prepared right.

5:00 PM EDO Japanese - Chef Yale Zhong will be presenting a short history of sushi for the western audience. He will discuss everything from the different types and styles of sushi, how to make sushi, sushi eating etiquette and the impact sushi has had from Japan to Canada and everywhere in between.


6:00 PM Moxies Bar & Grill - Chef Brandon Thoradson
