7:00 PM Wake-up Your Taste Buds Instantly strengthen your food game with Chef Nicholo Plazza who believes that no food should be boring or bland! Whether it's cooking a meal for your family, a date or your children, he will show you recipes with Kappa Foods sauces that will leave them begging for more.


8:00 PM Good in Every Grain Chef Emily Richards and the Grains Farmers of Ontario will share delicious recipes for toasted barley and wild rice salad that includes cooked corn fed beef, corn fed beef sirloin with mushrooms whisky sauce and apple toffee cornmeal scones.

4:00pm  Barbados Culinary Treasures Bajan food is a unique blend of foods with African, Indian and British influences. Executive Chef Chris Straker from NODO restaurant will guide you on this culinary experience. He specializes in bringing together Bajan, Caribbean and European influences to make for some truly special meal-time moments.

7:00 PM  Reimagined Traditions Chef Joseph Shawana, the force behind a Kūkŭm Kitchen a new high-end Indigenous restaurant in Toronto and will show you some of his signature dishes.

Emily writes and develops recipes for cookbooks, print and online publications and websites that include everyday cooking and healthy eating. Emily's varied skills have allowed her to engage with consumers and colleagues to share her passion for food through trade and consumer shows, radio and television appearances.
