6:00PM Modern Indian Bindia is downtown Toronto's best new Indian food restaurant they bring a nouveau approach to Indian cuisine. Come sample some of their delicious signature dishes. 

 

7:00PM Cutting Edge Cuisine Brassaii Executive Chef Marcus Monteiro will prepare some signature dishes from this Mediterranean-inspired fine dining menu. From elegant canapés to mouth-watering pastries, their menu changes often to give guests a new and exciting gustatory experience.


8:00PM Simple, Easy, Healthy Recipes Returning Gourmet Food and Wine Expo favourite, Darryl Fletcher, host of At Home with Chef D which just launched its 4th season and  Chef for Gold Seal and Chef for the likes of Blue Rodeo, BNL, Diana Krall will share a few of his signature Healthy dishes.

6:00PM Celebrity Chef Mark McEwan Part businessman, part chef, part customer service expert; As one of Toronto’s most famous 5-star celebrity chefs, Mark has built the city’s most upscale restaurant and upscale grocery store empire. Host of Food Network’s The Heat, head judge on Top Chef Canada and chef of acclaimed restaurants North 44, Bymark, ONE and Fabbrica. Using food as the ultimate palate for his boundless creativity and energy, McEwan has led the restaurant scene in Toronto for many years.

7:00PM Cooking with Veal Emily Richards’ career has taken her from restaurant and hotel kitchens to the Canadian Living Test Kitchen and Food Network cooking shows. Emily is cooking with Ontario veal and demonstrating a recipe from her new cookbook Per La Famiglia.
8:00PM Join the Crustacean Nation Chef Matt Dean Pettit, owner of Rock Lobster Food Co. and author of The Great Lobster Cookbook prepares his favourite lobster dishes and reveals how fun, easy, and stress-free cooking with lobster can be.

1:00PM Filipino Feast Savour a taste of the Philippines with CASA manila and see why the Kamayan dining experience is so popular with Torontonians. Celebrate Filipino traditions and flavours in an interactive cook demo that shows how food tastes better when you eat it with your hands!
